Along the way, we supported several transformative local projects:

• Facilitated the reopening of the old Lumber Jack restaurant, now The Wilderness Trail.

• Helped the Ridgway Borough reclaim 28 acres south of the Clarion River Bridge from out-of-state ownership to become The Mills property.

• Retained 9 of the 14 acres on the Tannery Drive property, north of the River, working with private landowners to activate additional development.
